Ms. Staggers is going to New Mexico!

HAviland Staggers

After several years of enthusiastic service at TISA, Ms. Staggers is off to New Mexico. One of her students, Huseyn Aliyev, had the following to say about her.

I&S (Individuals and Societies) has been one of my favorite classes. One of the most important reasons was because of how generous you would always be. You have always helped everyone in this class, and I appreciate that because not every teacher can be such a helpful and amazing teacher.

I don’t remember the last time I had so much fun in I&S because you made us smile with all the memes that you would post into ManageBac, and how your background in the Google Meetings would be the coolest out of all the teachers (the gas station). To be honest, I&S is not one of my favorite classes overall. However, with you as the teacher, I would always be excited about the next class.

Ms. Staggers, I will be forever grateful for what you have given us, the gift of enthusiasm in class. I honestly don’t know how you do it Ms. Staggers, but every time I come to class, I enjoy it a lot, and bringing joy to the class, is a distinctive thing to do. You have also always concentrated on giving us feedback because your feedback would always be assiduous, opening another road to me leading to the right path, a path where I can get rid of most of my struggles.

Another thing that I appreciate is how thoroughly you would always explain different topics to us. Without any doubt, I am certain that you will achieve great things in life, and any school/university would be more than happy to accept such a wonderful teacher like you. Sadly, you are leaving, but I am sure that you will continue your journey of life successfully and gloriously. Thank you for everything you have done!
